At Laura Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included.

• 2.
  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid shipping label or request a QR code for a contactless drop-off at any Canada Post location.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest postal outlet; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our distribution center receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
